Teresa Henry serves as President of CWS Insurance Agency, where she leads with integrity, approachability, and a deep commitment to the clients and community the agency serves. A native of Schenectady, New York, Teresa earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Since joining CWS in 2008, Teresa has grown alongside the agency, building strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and team members alike. She believes insurance is ultimately about people — helping families protect what matters most and giving business owners the confidence to pursue their goals.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Teresa takes pride in fostering a supportive team culture where service, trust, and long-term relationships come first. She is passionate about mentoring others, staying engaged in the community, and ensuring that every client feels heard and valued.

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. Her boys are very active in sports and proudly play basketball for Dorman High School, keeping the family calendar full and exciting. She treasures being on the sidelines cheering them on and values the lessons of teamwork, discipline, and commitment that sports bring to their lives. Teresa remains connected to her local roots and enjoys giving back to the community that helped shape her.
